Congratulations to 2013 Project of Year for LEED Core and Shell! The project was led by Hickok Cole Architects with MCLA’s Senior Designer and Project Manager Mitch Johnson. Developed by StonebridgeCarras LLC, 200 Eye Street SE is a building renovation with an art space and approximately 350,000 square feet of tenant space. MCLA also contributed to office interiors and tenant renovation. The project received LEED Platinum certification for Core and Shell in 2012.
GHT Limited was the MEP engineer, and Cerami Associates was the acoustical, audiovisual, and technology consultant. Davis Construction was the general contractor, and Rand* Construction Corporation was the interiors contractor.
