MCLA’s staff attends Revit training course for two new projects: Morgan State University and J.W. Marriott, Austin, Texas.

The Watha T. Daniel/Shaw Library in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC was awarded the Wall Street Journal’s one of the best building in 2010.

The University of Baltimore Law School is the 194,000 square feet facility that incorporates aggressive daylight strategies.  The architectural team includes Behnisch Architekten in Boston and Ayers Saint Gross in Baltimore.

Designer Kate Fuller has joined the MCLA staff.  Kate brings a strong technical focus to the practice, as well as her design skills.

MCLA’s streamlined lighting solution for the law firm Foley & Lardner was featured in the March issue of LD+A Magazine.  MCLA collaborated with Group Goetz Architects on the Georgetown offices of this national law practice.

The W Fort Lauderdale took home the 2011 Interior Award in the Hotel category and was featured in the January issue of Contract Magazine.  MCLA created the award-winning lighting design; Clodagh was the interior designer.

Maureen Moran IALD, IESNA, LC, was invited to serve on the 2011 A/L Light & Architecture Design Awards jury.  The judging took place in the A/L office at One Thomas Circle in Washington, DC on June 16 and 17.
