MCLA worked on 5333 Connecticut Avenue Apartment Building with Calvin Cafritz Enterprises and Eric Colbert & Associates, which opened recently for tenants. MCLA also worked with SOM on its canopy design and Parker Rodriguez and Arentz Landscape Architects on the courtyard and landscaped areas.
The transparent façade is reinforced by interior lighting visible in the lobby and front resident corridors. The lighting draws focus into the interior, strengthening the goal of attracting potential residents.
