Project E9 is a Class A commercial office building, designed to attract high-end financial institutions the Financial Street District. Blending modern aesthetics with classic elements creates a professional atmosphere while softening the monumental nature of the building. The constraints of the site and the requirements of the program required a very efficient floor plate.
