#ThrowbackThursday MCLA joined forces with KDG Architecure on 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard which was Selected as One of the World’s Greenest Buildings. Located in Rockville, MD this building is 200,000sf, a 9-story office building and features a 4-story structured parking.
The building was the first U.S. Green Building Council LEED® Platinum certified multi-tenant commercial office building in the Nation’s Capital area when delivered in 2008. It has also won the MD/DC NAIOP Award of Excellence Best Suburban Office, over 4 stories and MD/DC NAIOP Award of Excellence Best Green Building, both in 2009.
