MCLA worked with ZGF Architects, Developer, Akridge with joint venture partner, Mitsui Fudosan America and General Contractor, Balfour Beatty Construction on the 1200 17th Street Office Building to achieve LEED Platinum and won a 2015 AIA-DC DETAIL Award in Architecture.
This building offers a high performance work environment of 170,000 sf with 9ft ceilings and a DOAS system that supports 21.9% energy cost savings.
